B.A.S.I.C Training and Running Group at our Downtown Location
B.A .S.I.C. Training is a program for all levels that focuses on helping your move better, loosen tight muscles, and improve your balance and coordination. Curriculum involves movements that mimic activities of daily living, nutrition, stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning. Each training session focuses on a different component of fitness and is led by a Certified Personal Trainer in a group 4-8 people. Brenda Schwartztrauber, A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach is offering a class on Monday & Thursday at 4pm and 5 pm, for 45 minutes each. This is a fee based class with a capacity of 4-7 people.
RUN TO INFINITY (R2I) – Training for a race or want to run a little more consistently? Interested in meeting other runners and having fun? Join the new ITC Running Club on Tuesday’s at 5:30 pm. IT’S FREE! We will meet at ITC for a warm-up then hit the streets of Des Moines. Each week, there will be various options to the route to fit your training needs and we will end at ITC for foam rolling and stretching.
