Cardio Kickboxing-ITC North in Johnston
Kickboxing Classes-Blast calories with this high energy workout. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills after learning proper form for jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts and a variety of kicks. Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome. Your certified trainer can help you with modifications. 45 minutes long, requires 4 Week Registration. 4 participant minimum, 10 participant maximum.
